This enchanting property with beautiful stone architecture, blends in nicely with the surrounding countryside and is at the edge of the little Hamlet of Radici. Built with all modern conveniences, furnished to the highest standards with reclaimed Istrian stone, traditional fireplace and old oak beams to give the property a very special atmosphere and character. All windows and doors are double glazed with outside wooden shutters, typical of the region. There are a few small grocery shops, bars, a post office and a cafe 3km away, in the small ancient walled village of Sveti Lovrec.

The villa is ideal for out of season breaks. On winter nights the traditional Istrian log fire place will keep you warm and cosy in combination with the modern oil-fired central heating. Private parking for 2/3 cars.
